Kolby grew up around the real estate industry, right here in Fuquay-Varina. As a fourth generation native of the area, she has a passion for her community. Always staying close to home, she attended North Carolina State University in Raleigh, where she graduated magna cum laude. Kolby's grandparents, Becky and W.E. were staples to the town of Fuquay-Varina and were heavily involved in the real estate business in the area beginning in 1981. Kolby is excited to carry on this legacy of real estate success using the skills and values of hard-work, honesty, and integrity, instilled in her from a young age. She decided to join Century 21 Triangle Group because growing up with a grandmother who was a Century 21 owner, she knows the value of being backed by a well known brand that stands behind their agents 121%.
